Some simple, effective, propitiatory astral/Jyotisha remedial measures for the functional malefic planets. Articles of food can be offered to birds/animals/beggars/lapers/sweepers as a propitiatory measure as per the taste and color of the concerned planets.

The SUN:
Offering of wheat and jaggery (Gur) to a cow on Sunday or daily .

The MOON:

NOTES:
PERFORMANCE OF REMEDIES
1. Performance in the morning after bath and before having breakfast regularly gives optimum results.
2. In case the native is unable to do so as in the case of sickness or out of town or in the case of children, these remedies can be performed by parents or spouse.
3. If the offering is not accepted by a dog, cow, another dog/ cow should be tried.
4. The remedial measures should be performed regularly.
5. Performance of any one of the measures for a particular planet would suffice.
